松软破碎顶板大采高工作面端面漏冒机理及控制技术研究

Study on Top Coal Leakage Risk Mechanism and Control Technology in Large-heighMining Face with Soft and Broken Roof

摘要:

采用现场工业性试验及长钢丝绳注浆加固方法,开展了大采高松软破碎顶板综采工作面端面漏冒机理及其加固技术研究。结果表明:大采高松软破碎顶板工作面发生端面漏冒并不是工作面压力异常导致,两者之间并没有因果联系;端面漏冒的发生与支架结构、支架的初撑力、工人操作水平以及工作面超前支承压力影响等综合因素有关;采用长钢丝绳或锚索与注浆联合加固的方法,构成了新型的空间网格状加固方式,该方法能够很好控制松软破碎顶板工作面的端面漏冒,在现场得到了成功应用,保证了工作面的安全回采。

Abstract:

Using combination method of long wire rope and on-site industrial field tests to carry out the end leakage risk mechanism and reinforcement technology research of fully-mechanized face with large mining height and the soft and broken roof。The results show that: the reason of face with large mining height and the soft and broken roof occurred the end leakage risk should not due to face pressure abnormal, and there is no causal link between the two;support structure, setting load, the level of workers to operation face front abutment pressure have effect on the end surface leakage risk;using long wire rope or anchor and grouting joint reinforcement, constitutes a new type of space grid-like reinforcing way, this method can be well controlled the end leakage risk occured on the soft and broken roof , the successfully applied in the field ensured the safety of recovery.
